Rouhollah K. Ramazani is Professor emeritus of Politics and is known for his Iranian studies in America. Ramazani has written twelve books and more then 100 articles on Iran’s politics; some which have been translated into Arabic, Persian and Turkish.
Richard Bulliet, is a professor of history at the Middle East Institute at Colombia University. that Muslim and Western cultures share more then the average person thinks. Bulliet’s most recent book, The Case for Islamo-Christian Civilization examines this very idea that European and Muslim history are deeply linked.
Arash Naraghi is an expert on moral philosophy, philosophy of religion, Islamic mysticism, and modern Islamic theology. Naraghi addresses the religious debate among different generations in Iran.
The Iranian press is censored by the Iranian government therefore many writers choose different ways of writing to express their thoughts and political views. Houra Yavari is an expert on Persian literature. She is the author of Psychoanalysis and Literature: Two Texts, Two Selves, Two Worlds and Living in the Mirror: A Literary Perspective. Yavari is also the Consulting Editor on Modern Persian Fiction to the Encyclopaedia Iranica.
